My journey in senior advocacy began in 1998, driven by a passion for service and a deep commitment to enhancing the well-being of older adults. As a devoted wife and mother of five, I have dedicated much of my life to community service, with a special focus on senior care.

My expertise in senior care policies and procedures was shaped during my tenure as Director of Social Services and Activities. This experience laid the foundation for my work in developing programs that empower and support seniors in leading fulfilling lives.

In 2006, I founded South Suburban Senior Socialites, Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to enriching the lives of active seniors through education, services, and community resources. Our mission began with a simple yet powerful goal: "Feed the Seniors." This initiative led to the creation of the Senior Breakfast Club and collaborative partnerships with local organizations, park districts, and senior centers.

Recognizing the critical need for mental wellness in aging populations, I launched STARS (Seniors Talking About Real Situations) in 2008—a therapeutic group program designed to support seniors through life transitions, including the shift from independent to structured living. This program has since evolved into a comprehensive approach to senior mental health and well-being.

Today, as the Founder and CEO of 4S Wellness Services, LLC, I continue my mission to educate, support, and advocate for seniors. Our organization provides mental health counseling, wellness education, resources, support services, and community engagement opportunities. I firmly believe that collaboration is key to delivering quality care, and through strategic partnerships, we strive to uplift and empower seniors in every stage of life.
