Tamara Allen

Tamara R. Allen is a dynamic entrepreneur and community leader with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and engagement across both the public and private sectors. She is the Co-Founder and Chief Visionary Marketing Officer of The Be! Agency, as well as co-founder of BE! @ Community Initiatives and B.BLYSS! Events—enterprises built on the belief that representation, equity, and creativity can transform communities.

Throughout her career, Allen has led campaigns and initiatives that amplify the voices of women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and others who have often felt unseen or unheard. Her work reflects a deep commitment to social impact, cultural relevance, and authentic storytelling that inspires change and fosters belonging.

Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. Guided by her own journey navigating barriers as a woman of color, she continues to channel her expertise and passion into building platforms that uplift communities and create spaces where all people are valued.
