Creola Hampton
Creola A. Hampton is a marketing communications powerhouse with over 30 years of experience developing campaigns that marry cultural authenticity with business results. As president and founder of GreaterWorks! Integrated Marketing Communications Inc., she has designed integrated marketing strategies for Fortune 500 corporations, foodservice associations, churches and social‑service agencies. Her portfolio includes product launches for Procter & Gamble, Sara Lee and Australian Meat & Livestock Corp., as well as cause‑marketing initiatives for the AIDS Foundation of Chicago, AIDS Healthcare Foundation, Affinity Community Services and South Side Help Center. Earlier in her career she held senior roles at Ogilvy & Mather and Burson‑Marsteller, managing accounts for Dramamine, NutraSweet and G.D. Searle. Hampton co‑founded Kingdom Records, producing and marketing platinum‑selling gospel albums for Shekinah Glory Ministry and Archbishop William Hudson III; the label’s first release earned a Stellar Award and RIAA Platinum certification. She chairs the Black Leadership Advocacy Coalition for Healthcare Equity in Illinois (BLACHE), which mobilizes Black‑led health organizations to secure equitable funding and dismantle racist policies. A Chicago native, Hampton holds a bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University and completed executive education in integrated marketing services at the University of Illinois Chicago. She has been recognized by the Chicago Defender as one of 50 “Black Women of Excellence” and is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists.
