Neha Chowrasia is a Clinical Effectiveness Consultant and a passionate advocate for patient-centered care, with a strong foundation in healthcare quality improvement, patient experience, and operational excellence. Holding two master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration from institutions in two different countries, Neha brings a unique, global, and multidisciplinary perspective to advancing healthcare systems from both clinical and non-clinical, yet deeply impactful, roles.

Healthcare quality is a matter of national interest, as it directly impacts the health, safety, economic stability, and social well-being of the population. With over a decade of experience in healthcare quality, clinical operations, and patient engagement, Neha specializes in translating complex data and quality metrics into actionable strategies that drive sustainable improvements in both patient outcomes and experience. As a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), she focuses on integrating patient experience and regulatory requirements into clinical effectiveness initiatives—ensuring that safety, empathy, and equity remain central to care delivery.

Throughout her career, Neha has led and contributed to numerous quality improvement projects that prioritize not only clinical excellence but also dignity, trust, and meaningful engagement in patient care. Her work consistently bridges the gap between institutional performance metrics and the lived experiences of patients and families.

Neha was recognized as Best Speaker at the 15th American Healthcare, Hospital Management, Nursing, and Patient Safety Summit in May 2025. She serves as an editor for Unified Citations, an Awards Committee Member at the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), and has spoken at various national and international forums advocating for patient safety awareness and quality improvement.
