Director of Strategic Partnerships
Mr. Roger Mosley is an experienced and dedicated non-profit fundraising professional. He is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at CHI, where he leads development and fundraising efforts for CHI’s health equity initiatives. He is also the Founder and CEO of R. Mosley Consulting, a fundraising and business development firm that specializes in fundraising, marketing, and business development for non-profit and for-profit clients. Prior to that, he was a National Account Director at BlackDoctor.org, the world’s largest and most comprehensive online health resource specifically targeted to African Americans. In this role, Roger advocated for patient access and encouraged Pharma marketers to extend the reach of their general market campaigns to ensure that they were effectively reaching and engaging with underrepresented patient populations in urban markets across the U.S. Roger’s consultative sales approach, optimistic outlook, strategic planning and relationship building talents generated $8 MM in revenue at BlackDoctor.org. Roger is an enthusiastic, highly motivated, business development, sales and marketing, and fundraising professional with a passion for creating and managing winning business partnerships. Roger brings positive energy, a fresh outlook, and determination essential to fundraising success. He is a native of Chicago’s Woodlawn neighborhood. After graduating from Hales Franciscan High School, Roger obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Through his work, Roger has established a reputation as one of Chicago’s most versatile fundraisers and marketers. Roger’s most proud accomplishment is being a father to his beautiful daughter, Madilyn.
